How do I get started?

Complete our “New Client Intake Form + Waiver”. Once completed, well be in touch with you within 5 business days to set up a free 15 minute phone consult to discuss what service(s) might be best for you!

What do I need for our first session?

  • 6FT Leash (please, no bungee!)

  • Properly fitted collar

  • Treat pouch/ fanny pack

  • Tug toy/ ball/ plush

  • High value treats/ their AM or PM meal

  • Optional: Long Line, Muzzle

  • Please dress appropriately! Hat, coat, bug spray/ sunscreen, water…

  • It’s also helpful to bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn alongside your dog.

What tool do you use?

We use and welcome a variety of tools depending on your dog’s needs and your training goals! These may include but are not limited to; Slip Leash, Toys, HS Prong Collar, Flexi Leash, E Collar, Food, Muzzle, etc. Each tool is carefully introduced and used to enhance communication and understanding between you and your dog. We are not committed to one tool and will always recommend what we feel is best for you and your dog. Questions or concerns about the tool recommended? Were here to educate and support you in the maintenance of your training!

How do I reinforce training at home?

Consistency is key to reinforcing training at home. Follow the guidelines and techniques provided during our sessions, and practice regularly with your dog. We always suggest finding time to work on newly learned skills 1-3 times a day for 5-15 minutes! Maintaining clear communication, setting boundaries, and rewarding good behavior will help reinforce the training.
